Requirements for Submitting Orders

Requirements for Directory Listings:
  • Full address (approved by customer)
  • Website URL (cannot be a Facebook page or Yelp)
  • Business description
  • Hours
  • up to 5 photos, but at least one
  • 5-10 keywords (SEO/SEM)
  • Preferred geotarget area (full address as default)
  • Social media (if available)
  • Any specific goals (keywords should reflect the goal)
 
Requirements for Websites:
  • Template Selection- choose the style that fits you!
  • Business description (About).  required minimum 1 paragraph, suggested minimum 3 paragraphs
  • List of Products or services (or equivalent)
  • Hours
  • Contact info (phone, accepts texts yes/no, address, email address - display email address yes/no)
  • Detailed info for any specific pages/goals
  • Social media (if available)
  • desired or owned URL
 
Suggested for Websites:
  • written copy about each service/product/equivalent
  • high resolution photos of the business and/or products+ services
  • testimonials
  • suggested minimum of 3 paragraphs of copy
  • high resolution logo for requested page orientation (top bar or side bar)
